I’ve helped two mid-sized businesses implement AI workflows saving a combined £9,000 annually.

For a 2,200-member private sports club, I built a custom generative AI system pulling from a vector database to answer inbound website queries. It handled chunking, embedding, and context management, saving ~4 hours per week (£4,000/yr).

For a large Dorset tourist attraction, I implemented a Botpress Gen AI chatbot to handle repetitive visitor questions. Phone call volume dropped significantly, saving ~£5,000/yr. The chatbot achieved 97.6% resolution across 1,205 tickets with high customer satisfaction.

Bootcamps Taught

In 2023 I participated in Excode, the UK's largest volunteer led Python bootcamp for beginners. I taught a class of 26 students the basics of Python over an 8 week period every Tuesday evening in parallel with my studies. I'm pleased to say 100% of my class passed the final assessment.

I collaborated with 19 fellow instructors to create engaging lesson plans to improve student experience.
